Our luxury guesthouse consists of 4 bedrooms for 2 people each. It is possible, if desired, to place a third bed in each room (fit for children up to ten years old). A room can be hired for one or two nights, but you are welcome to stay for a weekend, a midweek or even a full week. It goes without saying that the WiFi-network is accessible in all the guestrooms.

Our tastefully furnished bedrooms are located at the first floor. Each room comes with a comfort bathroom, a walk-in shower and a toilet. Also, a desk with a chair and a wardrobe can be found in every one of the rooms.

Living room
The common room is meant for relaxation. As you are able to play your own music via the sound system or sit and watch television, it is the perfect place to settle down. The living room also gives you access to the patio, which gives you a magnificent view of the Hollandse IJssel and the setting sun. The patio is roofed and can be heated, if necessary.

Kitchen
In the kitchen you will find everything you need. There is a combi-oven, a dishwasher, a large fridge and freezer, and all the necessary kitchenware in order to cook. Various commodities are also provided in our kitchen, like pepper, salt and olive oil.

Outdoors
In the morning it is possible to make a lovely start at the front side of the B&B. Here you can see the sun rise while enjoying a fresh breakfast. The patio can be heated and is roofed. More than that, the living room gives you access to the patio at the back of the B&B. Likewise, this patio is roofed and can be heated. The garden gives entry to the big lawn, from which you have a beautiful view of the Hollandse IJsel. This river gives much opportunity for a boat ride with your own boat, and makes for a great place to swim and relax during the summer.
We love sharing our front garden with our guests as well. Here, you will find a large pond with a fountain, an open fishing spot of 70 meters wide and an island with animals, including chickens and rabbits. It is the perfect spot to relax!

Private parking space
If you arrive at our Bed & Breakfast by car, then it is possible to park your car at our private and secure parking area.
Storeroom for bicycles
If you arrive at our Bed & Breakfast by bicycle, then we offer our very own storeroom for bicycles where you can lock away your bike and charge the battery of an electric bike. Likewise, it is possible to lock away your rental bike. When staying at our guesthouse and your bicycle breaks down during a bike ride, then, by all means, bycicle rental company Fietsverhuur Oudewater comes to pick you up.
Greenhouse
Our garden contains a greenhouse where various vegetables and fruit are grown, like snack tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries and raspberries. Our guests are always welcome to pick their own vegetables and fruit
Pickup service
If, for example, you go out for dinner or if you are a guest to a wedding, when staying at our Bed & Breakfast, then you are able to make use of our pickup service. We bring you to the venue and pick you up to bring you back to the guesthouse, making sure that you are able to enjoy your night! This service is in conjunction with Restaurant De Schans, De Heeren van Montfoort, De Burgemeester, Het Oude Stadhuis en Kasteel Montfoort.
Berth for your boat
It is possible to dock your own boat at Aan de Hollandse IJssel. Your boat is docked safe and secure while you enjoy your comfortable stay. You can use shorepower here.
Remaining information
You can check in from 3 P.M. until 11 P.M. You can check out until 10 A.M., unless otherwise agreed. If you make a reservation for a date in less then four weeks, you can pay with PIN or cash upon your arrival. In case of early reservations, we require you to make a deposit payment of 50% 4 weeks before you arrive. The remaining 50% can be paid upon your arrival.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at our Bed & Breakfast.
